TRS Consulting seeks a Field Service Engineer for CT Medical Imaging to service, repair and maintain advanced CT imaging systems across client sites in the UK. You will work onsite, ensuring uptime and high service standards while delivering professional customer interactions.

The role requires a strong field service background in medical imaging, with extensive CT repair experience and familiarity with Canon CT systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical support in medical imaging
• Extensive CT imaging systems repair experience
• Experience working on Canon CT systems
• ONC or HNC level or higher in electronics or a technical discipline
• Impeccable customer service and professional demeanor in customer-facing environments

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintenance of CT imaging systems
• Provide customer-focused field service and achieve high uptime
• Travel to client sites to support healthcare facilities
