The CSW - Team Manager - CYPDS (Gr 9) role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading and managing the Children and Young People's Disability Service (CYPDS). You will oversee the development and implementation of strategies designed to meet the needs of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care and support. As a Team Manager, your role extends to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for both your team and the service users. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders, including families, social workers, health professionals, and educators. You will also be tasked with the continuous improvement of service delivery, ensuring that best practices and methodologies are consistently applied. Responsibilities
