Bridges CSMB are looking for quality electrical engineers

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an ECS Gold Card, a valid driving licence, and proven experience in fault finding on 3-phase machinery and control systems. This role offers the flexibility of being based from home, with the expectation to travel and work away at times. As this is a client-facing role the candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

The Role

Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with overtime paid.

This is a field-based role. You will be paid your travel time door to door.

Primary duties will include:

  • Driving to the job location
  • Infrustructure maintenance
  • Inspection & testing
  • Fault diagnosis and rectification.

We deal with a wide range of client demands including:

Electrical safety management systems (ESMS)

Design and delivery of a diverse range of projects, these include:

  • Automatic road barrier installs
  • Traffic management design and install
  • Design and installation of site power infrastructure
  • Install site equipment e.g field conveyors, stone crushers, belt weighers etc
  • Control panel build and modification

Requirements

  • ECS gold card (essential)
  • Fitness to work medical
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience with 3 phase motors and control systems
  • Ability to read electrical drawings
  • Test and Inspect
  • PASMA / IPAF
