Search is seeking a reliable CSCS Labourer for a high-profile construction project in Farnborough. You will support on-site teams with general labouring tasks on a fast-paced site.

Standard hours are 7:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime. Immediate start for the right candidate; competitive rates and ongoing work.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, previous site experience, be physically fit, and provide a reference.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Experience as a labourer on construction sites.
• Experience with rip-outs and skip loading preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Provide a recent check-able work reference.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general labouring duties across site.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople as required.
• Completing rip-out works safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading materials and filling skips.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and tidy work areas.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.
