• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by tidying up debris and adhering to safety protocols
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
• Conduct routine safety checks and report any hazards or concerns immediately
• Support site logistics by assisting with fencing, signage, and securing the work area as needed

Skills

• Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card demonstrating health and safety awareness on construction sites
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and collaboration
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues promptly
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
