Job summary

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CSCS Groundworker for an immediate start on a busy construction project in Dengie, CM10.

On offer is a role that involves carrying out general groundworks, excavation, drainage, kerbing and concreting, with responsibilities spanning installation of ducting and assisting with site prep and finishing works. You will operate small plant and work safely with the team on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card is essential.
• Previous groundworker experience on construction or civil projects.
• Ability to read and work from site drawings and instructions.
• Good health and safety understanding on site.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of general groundworks.
• Excavation, trenching, and drainage works.
• Kerbing, edging, and concreting where required.
• Installation of ducting and associated civil engineering works.
• Assist with site preparation and finishing works.
• Operate small plant and tools safely (where qualified).
• Work closely with the site management team and other trades.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Comply with all site health, safety, and environmental procedures.
