Job summary

Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworker to start in Fleetwood. The role involves general groundworks and civil duties, pipework installation and site safety.

You will work with supervisors, follow RAMS, and ensure a clean, safe site. A valid CSCS card and prior groundworks experience are essential; pipework experience is preferred. Long-term, negotiable rate.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Experience in groundworks and civil engineering.
• Pipework experience (blanks and testing) preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general groundworks and civil engineering duties.
• Assist with installation and laying of pipework.
• Support installation of pipework blanks and preparation of lines for pressure testing.
• Carry out excavation, trenching and backfilling works.
• Assist with drainage, ducting and associated groundwork activities.
• Work alongside site supervisors and pipework teams to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Follow site RAMS and health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
