Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for General Labourers to support our client on an ad hoc basis. Pay rate is £12.71 per hour, located in SY5 and surrounding areas with shifts Ad Hoc.

Duties include unloading equipment, heavy lifting, and general labour tasks across various sites in the Shropshire area. We offer weekly pay, 28 days paid annual leave (pro rata), online payslips, pension contributions, and ongoing support from dedicated consultants, with access to temporary and permanent

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Good level of physical fitness due to heavy lifting.
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Previous labouring experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Unloading and movement of equipment.
• Heavy lifting of seating and other materials.
• General manual handling duties.
• Using basic hand tools when required.
• Supporting site teams with general labouring tasks.
