Job summary

Lonsite is seeking an experienced CSCS General Labourer for an ongoing construction project in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. The role requires heavy lifting, site duties, and helping trades while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

You must have a valid CSCS card, previous site experience, and be reliable and punctual with good local access to Stevenage. Hours are 08:00–17:00, with PAYE umbrella rate around £17.43 per hour.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Must live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• General labouring duties on a busy construction site.
• Heavy lifting and moving materials.
• Assisting trades and site operatives.
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
• Cleaning welfare facilities, including toilets and canteens.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
