Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is seeking reliable Chain Persons / Engineer Labourers to support civil engineering and construction projects. You will work with experienced site teams on long-term assignments and may have weekend work opportunities.

Duties include assisting engineers, setting out tasks, supporting surveying and groundwork, and maintaining safe work areas while following safety procedures. Competitive hourly rates apply and full PPE is required on site.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Green Card is required.
• Experience in construction or civils is preferred.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Full PPE is required on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and site supervisors with daily on-site activities.
• Set out and measure distances accurately.
• Support surveying and groundwork operations.
• Carry materials, tools and equipment around site.
• Maintain safe and tidy work areas.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with general labouring duties as required.
