You have
  • Experience using data to spot trends and share insights
  • Skills in Excel, Smartsheet or similar tools
  • Confidence creating and updating process maps
  • A collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role or contact centre environment

We work between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

We typically work on a hybrid basis with a minimum 2 days per week in our One Strawberry Lane office, with the rest from home.
