Position Overview

The CSA Project Director will lead the successful delivery of a major £300m new build data centre project in London. This role is responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the wider project leadership team, including MEP, commercial, planning, design and commissioning functions, the CSA Project Director will play a critical role in leading a high‑performance delivery team on one of the UK’s flagship mission‑critical construction projects.

Experience & Qualifications Required

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering major CSA packages on large‑scale projects (£150m+).
• Previous experience on hyperscale or mission‑critical projects (data centres, large tech facilities, pharmaceutical, semiconductor or high‑risk commercial).
• Strong technical knowledge across civil engineering, building structures, concrete works, steelwork, groundworks, envelope and architectural fit‑out.
• Demonstrable experience delivering projects with tight programmes and high‑speed outputs.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple senior reports and large multidisciplinary teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations, CDM regulations and relevant industry standards.
• Chartered status advantageous (CEng, MICE, MCIOB, MIStructE).
