Qualifications

• Knowledge and professional experience of crypto assets.
• Experience of working in the financial services sector.
• Strong academic record including a degree (in any subject).
• Experience of managing juniors, including coaching of discrete tasks and reviewing outputs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Assertive and confident interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simultaneously handle diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situations.
• Ability to think critically with very good attention to detail.
• Being comfortable working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop junior colleagues, briefing them and reviewing their work.
• Lead engagements and ensure deadlines are met to clients’ satisfaction.
• Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Create commercial insights for clients within the Financial Crime & Forensics team.
• Work on investigations, risk assessments, fraud prevention, and compliance programme development.
