Job summary

Air Products in Didcot is seeking a Class 2 LGV Driver to deliver products safely across the UK in accordance with legal requirements and Air Products' procedures. A bespoke training programme will be provided.

As the Cryoease Driver, you will follow safety rules, perform vehicle checks, manage loading/unloading, complete training, and maintain tachograph compliance while working with initiative and clear communication.

Qualifications

• LGV Class 2 licence is essential.
• ADR Training Certificate 2,3,5 and 8 (renewed every 5 years).
• Driver's CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and current Periodic Training Status.
• Proven driving experience in a safety-first environment.
• Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, processes and procedures at all times.
• Carry out pre- and post-vehicle checks per DVSA guidelines.
• Loading, unloading and all product management activities.
• Successfully complete all required internal and regulatory training.
• Maintain tachograph infringement level in-line with DVSA/Traffic commissioner expectations.
• Drive professionally to achieve best-in-class performance efficiencies.

As the Cryoease Driver, you will

• Comply with all safety rules, policies, processes, and procedures at all times, as adherence to safety requirements is a fundamental condition of employment.
• Carry out pre & post vehicle checks in-line with DVSA guidelines, and Air Products standards
• Loading, unloading and all other activities associated with product management in-line with distribution working instructions and procedures
• Successfully complete all required internal and regulatory training
• Maintain tachograph infringement level in-line with DVSA/Traffic commissioner expectations, and Air Products standards, whereby regular feedback, monitoring and coaching will be provided to ensure full compliance.

As the Cryoease Driver, you are and already have;

• LGV class 2 license
• Proven driving experience
• ADR Training Certificate 2,3,5 and8 minimum (refreshed every 5 years)
• Driver's CPC Qualification Card (DQC) and evidence of current Periodic Training Status
• Proven track record of working within a safety-first environment
• Able to work under your own initiative with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of ability to drive in a professional manner to achieve best in class in performance efficiencies
