NEOS Engineering is seeking a Crushing & Screening Engineer to cover the West Midlands. The role involves servicing and repairing crushing and screening equipment, with experience on brands such as Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Powerscreen, McCloskey, Finlay or similar.

The candidate will work on crushers, screeners, conveyors, and related heavy processing equipment. Offering up to £60,000 basic plus overtime and a company vehicle, plus excellent benefits, this role requires driving to sites and

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on crushing and screening equipment.
• Experience with brands such as Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Powerscreen, McCloskey, Finlay or similar.
• Strong background within quarrying, aggregates, recycling, heavy plant, or construction equipment.
• Excellent mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, planned maintenance, repairs, and breakdown response on crushing and screening equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Work on a range of equipment including jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, screeners, conveyors, and recycling machinery.
• Complete installations, commissioning, and machine setup where required.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers on-site.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain records.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
