A local government organization in the United Kingdom seeks a Care Resource Assessor to join their Customer Advice and Support Service team. Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service while making a real difference in your community? We’re looking for a Care Resource Assessor to join our Customer Advice and Support Service team. This is a chance to play a key role in supporting vulnerable members of the community. You will help to financially assess and support service users to determine their contribution towards homecare and residential fees.
At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic.
