Job summary

Safran Landing Systems is seeking a Programme Leader to deliver customer programmes by coordinating cross-functional teams across the Gloucester site. You will ensure programmes meet time, quality, and budget targets while maintaining strong customer relationships with Airbus Commercial programmes.

In this role you will lead governance, plan activities, monitor risks and drive improvements within the Programme team in Gloucester, contributing to Safran's global aerospace leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects or programmes.
• Strong customer-facing skills and relationship building.
• Experience in aerospace or a regulated engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programme delivery to meet objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and effective communication.
• Monitor performance, forecast demand and coordinate recovery plans.
• Support commercial performance through budget monitoring.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer support activities including spares and repairs.
• Lead governance, reviews, and customer meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement and new business opportunities.
