You will work within a global team on cross-border disputes, with responsibilities spanning drafting, document analysis, legal research and trial preparation, while developing trial strategy and attending court hearings as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience within commercial litigation, gained wholly or in part at a large commercial law firm.
• Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker
• Commercial and business awareness
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects

• Good understanding of the key risks and issues involved in cross-border transactions

Responsibilities

• Drafting and document analysis, legal research, correspondence and trial preparation.
• Development of trial strategy; attendance at court hearings as needed.
• Collaborate with partners across the Firm’s global network on complex disputes.
• Keep colleagues informed and contribute to high-quality client service under tight deadlines.
