Qualifications

  • Experience post-graduation ideally in an analytical, mathematical or scientific role.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the scientific method.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver results through performance analytics and customer insight.
  • Ensure accuracy in analytical work and communicate insights clearly.
  • Uncover customer frustration root causes for better experiences.
  • Apply scientific method in A/B testing and CRO activity.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and provide analytical direction.
