Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA for PRIME St. Mary’s Kankakee Hospital in Illinois. The role covers anesthesia care across surgical cases with a collaborative care-team model.

The schedule is 3 weeks on / 1 week off, with no on-call burden and a $300K salary plus a $100K sign-on incentive, plus generous comprehensive benefits including malpractice coverage and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education.
• Board certification or recertification by the AANA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
