CRM System Manager - (primarily remote, some UK travel)

A fast growing and up and up-and-coming business is seeking a CRM Systems Manager to lead their UK systems services team. The main focus will be on managing and optimising systems, with an emphasis on the delivery and integration of HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and rollout of HubSpot and enhancements.
  • HubSpot CRM Management, including user administration, data integrity, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure systems are configured and integrated to meet business needs.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption.
  • Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with security and data regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in HubSpot administration (certifications desirable).
  • Experience managing, configuring, and supporting SaaS-based systems.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and API-based solutions.
  • Experience in data governance and workflow automation.
  • Good communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Right to work in the UK and able to travel as required.
