A leading affiliate marketing company seeks a CRM Specialist to enhance Salesforce functionalities. Responsibilities include implementing features and troubleshooting the platform. Ideal candidates will have over four years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, excellent communication skills, and be customer-oriented. The position offers flexi-working arrangements and a supportive development culture.
As a CRM Specialist you will be part of the project team involved in the implementation of Salesforce new features (primarily Service Cloud and potentially Sales Cloud) at Awin. You will also be joining a team of CRM engineers and specialists reporting to the CRM Engineering Manager within the CRM department. In this position, you will also be responsible for the day‑to‑day user management, maintenance and continuous roll out of Salesforce features.
