We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join Aviva’s Direct Wealth CRM team.

You’ll work in an agile squad to design and deliver multi-channel CRM strategies—using email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail—to drive engagement and promote our Direct Wealth proposition. (Pensions, ISAs, Savings, and Investment Accounts)

A bit about the job

In this role, you will collaborate with Adobe CRM, Go to Market, and Customer Science teams to design, implement, and manage CRM marketing plans. You will utilise and leverage customer insights and data analytics to segment audiences effectively, delivering timely and personalised communications that resonate with target groups. Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences through market research will be key to shaping campaign strategies.

You will manage campaign assets through the financial promotion approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Performance analysis will be a core part of your responsibilities, using metrics and customer feedback to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategy. Working within an agile squad structure, you will participate in regular stand‑ups and planning sessions, manage sprint tasks, and present campaign plans and results to stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management will be essential to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies and business objectives.

Skills and experience we’re looking for
