POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive with a strong background and hands‑on experience in DTC email marketing and CRM to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our customer communication strategy, building and executing multi‑channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions for our luxury skincare and well‑being portfolio of brands.

This role will develop and execute high‑performing email marketing campaigns - owning our customer journey and driving best practice execution. From segmentation and personalisation to automation and analysis to engage, inspire and retain our audiences, you will lead the end‑to‑end process from lead capture to welcome, loyalty and win back with a strong focus on driving customer engagement, maximizing conversion and LTV through compelling campaigns.

You’ll have a commercial mindset with a natural ability to leverage marketing activations to achieve ambitious targets. You’ll be organised, numerate, target‑driven, commercially savvy and passionate about working in the beauty and wellness industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, build, launch and optimise ad‑hoc and automated campaigns (e.g. Welcome, Post‑Purchase, VIP, Winback) across multiple channels, including email, SMS, app, and push notifications, ensuring a consistent brand voice and customer experience.
  • Build and develop customer segmentation, journey flows, dynamic content to improve and refine targeting, campaign performance and customer experience.
  • Track and report on campaign and channel performance, analysing key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns comply with legal, risk, and control requirements, securing the necessary approvals before launch.
  • Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns including briefing, building, testing, scheduling, and proofing
  • Monitor, report and optimise for key metrics e.g. LTV, CAC, churn, RPR etc.
  • Lead and implement A/B testing, from idea generation through to reporting and insight sharing to improve conversion, retention and engagement.
  • Build, own and co‑ordinate the CRM campaign calendar across all brands
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure copy, content and messaging are on‑brand, locally relevant, and aligned with trade and marketing calendars
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of lifecycle and automated journeys, using customer data to inform targeting and content.
  • Stay ahead of CRM and retention best practices in the DTC space
KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Strong understanding and hands‑on experience of CRM platforms, email marketing best practices, and marketing automation tools.
  • At least 3 years’ DTC CRM/email marketing experience
  • Ecommerce background – ideally lifestyle, beauty and wellness industry.
  • Analytical and data‑driven with a creative approach to content and messaging.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Braze, Ometria, Salesforce, or Klaviyo.
  • Confidence analysing campaign results and identifying opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail, copywriting skills and a creative eye
  • A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills
  • An adaptable, can‑do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeve
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excel knowledge essential.
  • Passionate about working in the beauty and wellness industry.
