In a standalone role but in a wider marketing team, you’ll take full ownership of CRM across all territories, designing lifecycle programmes that span email, SMS, and beyond. From segmentation and automation to loyalty initiatives and community touch points, you’ll help deepen relationships and maximise lifetime value.
