Overview

Exciting opportunity for a data-driven and creative CRM Manager to join a fast-growing DTC wellness brand. This role is central to shaping the brands retention, engagement, and loyalty strategy building personalised experiences that inspire customers to stay connected throughout their gut health journey.

Role

In a standalone role but in a wider marketing team, you’ll take full ownership of CRM across all territories, designing lifecycle programmes that span email, SMS, and beyond. From segmentation and automation to loyalty initiatives and community touch points, you’ll help deepen relationships and maximise lifetime value.

Working closely with the founders, marketing and creative teams you’ll bring together science-backed storytelling with data-led strategy to create a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead retention and lifecycle programmes across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and customer hubs.
  • Build intelligent funnels based on customer behaviours, health concerns, and purchase history.
  • Develop loyalty initiatives, VIP schemes, and personalised moments (e.g. direct mail from Emily, ambassador programmes).
  • Support the evolution of the ‘Gut Health Hub’, enabling surveys, check-ins, and nutritionist recommendations.
  • Test, optimise, and report on CRM performance to drive engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate the CRM stack (currently Klaviyo + Shopify) and recommend improvements for future scale.
  • Collaborate with growth, brand, and product teams to align CRM with wider business goals.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years’ CRM experience, ideally in DTC/e-commerce.
  • Hands‑on with Klaviyo and Shopify (or similar platforms). Note that the brand is open to migrating to a different software.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and personalisation.
  • Data‑driven mindset with creative flair.
  • Comfortable testing, analysing, and refining campaigns.
  • Organised, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Interest in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
