  • Experience developing strategic and automated lifecycle communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support Retention and CRM Managers in campaign delivery.
  • Lead multiple projects including lifecycle strategies.
  • Present campaign performance to leadership and stakeholders.

Skills

CRM Channel strategy ownership

Good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics
Knowledge of email best practices and GDPR
