Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Econometrics, or related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, operationally complex, and dynamic environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, working with large datasets.
• Experience with quantitative data analysis, modelling, and experimentation.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries to extract and analyse data.

Responsibilities

• Focus on acquiring and engaging customers through CRM to achieve the best ROI.
• Plan and execute CRM and owned-channel campaigns across various channels.
• Own and coordinate the campaign calendar in collaboration with other teams.
• Execute large-scale customer campaigns to support acquisition and engagement.
• Analyse demand performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve future campaign performance.
