About Us

Paradigm Media UK is an e-commerce marketing agency based in the UK. We partner with 7‑8 figure DTC e‑commerce brands and help them attain growth through paid advertising (Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google ads). As of 2025, we have a total of 30 clients in the UK and the US. We’re now expanding our CRM capabilities to deepen customer relationships and drive smarter, more personalised campaigns — and we’re looking for a CRM Executive to join us on that journey.

The Role

As our CRM Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising multi‑channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and automation platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our Paid Media, Strategy, and Creative teams to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other retention channels.
  • Support the development of automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable insights to optimise engagement and ROI.
  • Work with Paid Media teams to integrate CRM data into acquisition strategies.
  • Manage CRM platforms (such as Klaviyo) — ensuring data quality and compliance with GDPR.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling customer communications.
  • Develop best practices, reporting frameworks, and testing roadmaps.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a CRM, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing role (agency experience bonus).
  • Working knowledge of CRM or ESP tools (Klaviyo or similar).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, data analytics, and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable analysing results and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow in a digital‑first marketing environment.
