Job summary

A leading holiday company in Southampton is seeking a full-time CRM Campaign Coordinator. In this role, you will support the CRM Manager in delivering personalized campaigns, manage data selection for communications, and collaborate with design teams to ensure effective delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Supporting the CRM Manager – Campaigns in delivering highly personalized, creative communications to our database.
  • Managing execution of CRM communications (email and direct mail) as per the yearly plan.
  • Owning audience data selections for Email (EM) and Direct Mail (DM), with support of internal Data Team.
  • Working closely with internal designers to brief DM design and EM build.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.

This role is positioned at CUK10 level within our organisation and is available on a full‑time permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Qualifications
  • Ability to manage campaign details and coordinate with creative teams.
  • Interest in data and analytics for audience selection and reporting.
  • Strong PC literacy skills especially with spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Previous experience of working with data and agencies would be beneficial but is not essential. A proactive approach and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Creative mindset for visual and message development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
