We are now looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our marketing team for an 18 month fixed‑term contract or internal secondment. The CRM Marketing Executive will focus on driving greater value from our base of supporters and prospects.

Responsibilities
  • Work across Supporters, App subscribers, Digital subscription, Recurring Contribution, and Membership
  • Plan, develop and implement multi‑channel campaigns such as in‑life, upsell and cross‑sell, renewals
  • Deliver multi‑channel and measurable customer journeys and campaigns, as well as use audience segmentation
  • Use audience segmentation to target the appropriate audience across the available channels, We value and respect all differences (seen and unseen) in all people.   • 2 years experience of building campaigns using a CRM tool
  • Good knowledge of marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting
  • A good understanding of test and learn principles
  • Experience in audience‑centric, data‑driven marketing

  • You’ll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
