Totter + Tumble is a rapidly growing & inclusive company with delightfully big ambitions and the best cheerleaders – our customers. Our founder Susie had the idea for our much‑loved playmats whilst looking for a playmat that did not compromise on her home style, on her children’s safety, or on her time. No one needs to look after a playmat at the end of the day.

Totter + Tumble is now operating in the UK, United States, Europe, as well as in the UAE. Our small, parent‑run team of 15 has achieved so much—and now we are looking to what comes next and who wants to join us.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to someone who wants to bring their passion for all things data and email marketing to roll out an elevated CRM strategy, taking the email and SMS communications to the next level. Our ethos has never been to solely focus on sales, while that is a driver, we centre our strategy around nurturing our database with creative, engaging and value worthy content.

If you enjoy working collaboratively on campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales this is the role for you. In this role you will work with the Marketing team to implement and deliver a robust funnel strategy across our markets in the UK, EU and US, providing personalised customer journeys and touch points. Experience using Klaviyo is essential, and Klaviyo Customer Data Platform and Shopify is desirable.

You should have a creative eye for copy and content to craft campaigns that drive conversion and brand awareness. Being able to work remotely and flexibly, managing and prioritising your own workload efficiently, is a must.
Role Responsibilities

As Totter + Tumble continues to grow, our email marketing strategy plays a crucial role in nurturing our community - turning prospects into customers and long‑term advocates. We’re looking for an experienced Email & CRM Specialist to lead our Klaviyo strategy across the UK, US, and European markets.

You will:
  • Manage and optimise Totter + Tumble’s Klaviyo accounts across all markets (experience on this platform is essential).
  • Develop, schedule, and deliver engaging email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with our content calendar - covering new product launches, seasonal moments, and customer journey flows.
  • Build and refine automated flows such as abandonment series, back‑in‑stock alerts, post‑purchase journeys, and re‑engagement campaigns.
  • Localise and tailor content for each market, ensuring relevance and resonance with customers.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team on database growth and acquisition strategies, including on‑site forms, social giveaways, and Meta integrations.
  • Manage and maintain third‑party integrations (e.g., Typeform, Social Snowball) that support lead generation.
  • Oversee segmentation, deliverability, and database health to drive better engagement.
  • Use the Klaviyo Data Platform to extract insights and guide future content and campaign direction.
  • Create visually on‑brand email and SMS assets using Canva, ensuring a consistent voice, look and feel.
  • Write engaging copy and strong calls to action that reflect the Totter + Tumble tone of voice.
  • Implement strategic testing, optimisation, and sending plans to improve key metrics (open rates, CTRs, unsubscribes, and conversions).
  • Report monthly on performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and emerging CRM best practices to keep Totter + Tumble ahead of the curve.
About You
  • Have an eye for detail and design, with a strong appreciation for brand consistency.
  • Be an excellent communicator and collaborator - adaptable, curious, and proactive.
  • Be highly organised and self‑motivated, able to prioritise projects and work independently.
  • Experience working across international markets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the baby and parent category, or passion for the family lifestyle space, is advantageous.
  • Enjoy getting involved beyond your core role, whether that’s assisting on photoshoots, supporting events, or brainstorming creative campaign ideas.

Terms + Conditions
  • Salary: to be discussed depending on experience, within the range £25-£37k (£38-44k FTE).
  • Permanent Contract
  • Attendance: Your work will be mainly remote with regular in person meetings based in London. This could be subject to change.
  • Part time 25-32 hours Monday‑Friday to be discussed with candidate - (onboarding during core hours), with flexible working practices
  • Hours could increase as role develops.
  • Holiday entitlement: 25 working days and bank holidays, pro rata.
  • Additional Pension contributions above statutory regulations.
