• Create, manage and track the overall project plan to exit Nimbus
• Liaise with key vendors to confirm requirements and solutions for specific components (including working with existing CAB projects where they will provide the alternative solutions)
• Work with IT and Procurement partners to secure good commercial terms for new solutions
• Oversee technology and business implementation including development (in-house and/or external vendors; testing, training and other operational readiness activities)
• Prepare for and run key governance fora including the steering committee and working group
