Job Description
Your Role: CRM and Content Manager, Local Sales (Manchester)
We’re looking for a CRM & Content Manager to join a newly formed Local Sales marketing team in our Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead how Global connects with advertisers through data-led, engaging CRM campaigns. You’ll lead strategy, content, and execution, working closely with the wider Marketing team and colleagues across Local Sales and Technology teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive business growth.
As a CRM Content Manager, Local Sales at Global, you will:
Think Big: Shape end-to-end CRM strategy and campaigns that directly influence revenue growth and SME engagement.
Own It: Take full responsibility for campaign delivery, data quality, content quality, and performance analysis.
Keep it Simple: Translate complex customer data into actionable, targeted communications that resonate.
Better Together: Work closely with Marketing colleagues and Sales teams, using commercial insights to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
In your first few months, you’ll have:
Delivered targeted CRM campaigns across the lifecycle, optimising for engagement and conversion.
Developed and maintained high-quality campaign content reflecting SME customer needs.
Implemented improved segmentation and data integrity practices in Salesforce.
Built strong working relationships with the Local Sales Strategy team and other stakeholders.
Confident Storyteller & Marketer: Creates engaging, relevant CRM content that drives action.
Strategic & Hands-On: Equally comfortable digging into the data, having conversations with Tech and building campaigns in-platform.
Proactive & Collaborative: Thrives in working with others to deliver high-impact campaigns.
