About Beauty Pie

Responsibilities
  • Building and deploying email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to the target audience
  • Contributing strategically to the campaign calendar and briefing process, ensuring seamless alignment across creative and copy teams for consistent campaign delivery
  • Supporting CRM managers in executing test-and-learn strategies to improve programs and triggered flows
  • Identifying additional opportunities for automated journeys and lifecycle campaigns
  • Supporting CRM channel diversification initiatives through push notifications, SMS, in-pack marketing and direct mail campaigns
  • Liaising with our Member Happiness team and sharing campaign plans that may increase customer contact, collaborating on any proactive communication requirements
  • Monitoring industry insights and trends to fully optimise emails, SMS, and push messages, championing best practices in collaboration with the wider Marketing and Creative teams
  • Evaluating the performance of campaigns to identify trends and opportunities
  • Supporting with product seeding to our inner circle customers
  • Supporting advocacy projects, including our NPS Surveys and BazaarVoice Reviews
Qualifications
  • Familiar with CRM marketing tools, such as Iterable or equivalent
  • Comfortable collaborating in cross‑functional teams
  • Great at coordinating and planning projects
  • Comfortable working with customer data to segment databases for targeted marketing
  • Demonstrate a passion for lifecycle marketing and be knowledgeable about how CRM can drive customer loyalty and engagement
  • Have a good understanding of web analytics and customer databases
  • Have experience of email and SMS best practice with a keen interest to expand into other channels (e.g. push notifications, direct mail)
  • Be incredibly motivated, driven and detail‑oriented
  • Experience working within a sales‑driven environment
  • Confident working with people at all levels of the organisation and able to develop strong working relationships
  • Capable of working on a diverse range of campaigns and communications
  • Able to multitask, manage deadlines and requirements in a fast‑paced environment
