• Experience in a data centre critical environment.
• LVAP or HVAP qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and fault find on integrated M&E systems.
• Create and develop SOP and EOP documentation.
• Perform LV and HV switching and write schedules.

7 am to 7 pm / 7 pm to 7 am

GH Engage are seeking a Critical Shift Engineer for an engineering maintenance position within a data centre in Hayes, West London.

Duties as Critical Shift Engineer :

• Demonstrable experience in operating and fault finding complex and integrated M&E systems including:
• Transformers, LV, Generators, UPS, Electrical distribution, BMS, Air Conditioning, Fire suppression systems.
• Cooling Systems (Chillers, CRAC / CRAH units, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Piping)
• Building Management Systems (BMS) for monitoring and control of electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• LV and HV switching; writing switching schedules, performing shutdowns.
• Creating and developing SOP and EOP documentation and other related / similar processes.

Critical Shift Engineer - Requirements :

• City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in facilities, operations or engineering; in a Data Centre critical environment.
• LVAP or HVAP qualification / experience.
