Job summary

A major refurbishment project provider in London is seeking candidates for a full-time role focusing on electrical maintenance. The Role
  • Maintain and repair building electrical systems and components
  • Conduct routine tests, record-keeping, and predictive maintenance
  • Monitor and adjust BMS, lighting, metering and environmental conditions
  • Lead sub-contractors, manage defects, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Provide out-of-hours emergency support as part of a rota
  • Engage with clients, update stakeholders, and implement energy-efficient solutions
What You Bring
  • City & Guilds or HNC in Electrical (apprenticeship or equivalent desirable)
  • Strong technical & fault-finding skills
  • Experience with critical systems: UPS, generators, comms rooms
  • BMS operation & procedural compliance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and in a team
Nice to Have
  • 18th Edition IEE regs, HV training
  • Report and procedure writing experience
Working Conditions
  • Continental shift pattern, flexible hours, on-call escalation
  • Full UK work eligibility and clean driving license required
