Job summary

Qualifications

• 18th Edition certification is essential.
• Experience in data centres or critical environments preferred.
• Knowledge of BMS/HVAC and risk assessments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within SLA timelines.
• Maintain and repair modular UPS systems and diagnose power quality issues.
• Conduct risk-focused maintenance and monitor critical systems.
• Provide emergency response and escalation for urgent issues.
• Complete reactive Helpdesk requests with up-to-date documentation.
• Undertake site surveys, produce method statements and risk assessments.
• Install and upgrade plant equipment and interpret technical drawings.
• Monitor environmental conditions and equipment loading.
• Ensure compliance with financial and health & safety processes.
• Prepare incident reports and root cause analyses for outages.
