EMED Group operates specialist care transport, leading STRS operations at Evelina London Children’s Hospital. The role oversees people, vehicles, performance and contractual delivery across a 40-hour, five 8-hour shift week, with on-call duties on a rotating basis.

You will manage fleet readiness, support the Team Leader and Ambulance Technicians, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety governance and patient care standards.

Formación

• Proven operational leadership in a regulated, safety-critical setting.
• Strong people-management skills and coaching ability.
• Experience delivering contracts with KPI oversight and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, reliable day-to-day delivery of the service and act as EMED’s principal on-site contact for STRS.
• Maintain 24/7 roster readiness, two ambulances and backup vehicle readiness.
• Ensure rapid deployment of vehicles and crew within minutes of activation; support 20-minute launch target.
• Guide Team Leader and Ambulance Technicians on performance, attendance and welfare.
