University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is offering a fantastic opportunity to work with us. An exciting role has arisen for a proactive and passionate individual to join the Medicines Management team as part of the Critical Care team. The Medicines Management team is committed to supporting staff development and delivering an outstanding Medicines Management service.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a Medicines Management service within a hospital setting, with a focus on Critical Care and Theatres.
  • Contribute to the Medicines Management activities under the guidance of specialist Critical Care pharmacists.
  • Support the development and maintenance of high-quality patient care in Medicines Management.
  • Collaborate with the Medicines Management team to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Experience of providing a Medicines Management service in a hospital setting.
  • Medicines Reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent personal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative to understand how to provide an outstanding service.
