Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC pin.
• Post-registration qualification in Critical Care or Leadership.
• Experience in Critical Care/High Dependency Unit or acute clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff on the ward.
• Coordinate day-to-day running of the ward and deputise for the Senior Charge Nurse.
• Supervise and mentor registered nurses, support workers and students.
