Medical Staff Talent is seeking a Consultant in Anesthesia & Critical Care for a premier private hospital in Doha. You will assume full clinical leadership, supervise complex perioperative cases, and drive innovations in patient pathways and trauma care.

Requirements include FRCA/CCT or equivalent and 5+ years of consultant-level experience in a western tertiary hospital. A tax-free package plus relocation and education support is offered.

Qualifications

• Tier-1 Western Board Certification in Anesthesia/ICU or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years as a consultant in a major western tertiary hospital.
• Proven leadership, collaboration and high-throughput theatre management.

• Provide clinical leadership within the department and oversee perioperative care.
• Drive patient pathways, optimize throughput, and promote clinical excellence.
• Represent the department in senior governance and multidisciplinary meetings.
