  • Work closely with daytime HTTs, Liaison Psychiatry in Emergency Departments, the Mental Health Crisis Line, and other services to provide seamless, 24/7 support.
  • Offer a truly multidisciplinary approach, bringing together nurses, support workers, and other professionals to deliver safe, effective, and recovery-focused care at home.

This is a unique opportunity to join a service from the ground up, shaping its culture, values, and ways of working. By joining us at this exciting stage, you will be part of a forward-thinking team that is committed to collaboration, continuous improvement, and making a real difference to people's lives.
