A leading healthcare trust in North Lincolnshire is seeking a Mental Health Nurse to oversee Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Services. This role involves supporting the service manager in managing daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the delivery of effective care. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with experience in community mental health and clinical leadership. The position offers a salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 per annum, with flexible working options.
The post holder will be based within North Lincolnshire supporting the operational oversight of Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Services (CRHT). CRHT provide specialist assessment for individuals referred into services for urgent mental health care on a 24/7 basis. The team offers initial screening and clinical triage to determine individuals' presentation and how best to support their mental health. Short term home treatment is offered to minimise risks and prevent hospital admission, allowing additional support to achieve recovery from crisis to home. The team is comprised of a range of healthcare professionals including a consultant, nursing team, occupational therapist, psychology, support recovery workers and non-medical prescribers. CRHT also supports Haven House, a four bedded crisis bed unit used as an alternative to admission into hospital when safe and appropriate.
