A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a Band 6 qualified practitioner for their Doncaster Crisis Team. The role involves triage assessment and crisis intervention, including home visits and assessments in A&E. 37.5 hours per week. Doncaster Crisis Team: a role involving triage assessment and intervention for service users in crisis, including telephone contact, home visits and assessments in A&E. A permanent Band 6 qualified practitioner is sought to join a busy team, with a focus on delivering a caring and safe service in the community.
