Crisis House Manager. Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week including evenings, weekends and some nights. Salary: £38,397 per annum, with progression to £42,723. Location: Sheffield.

We are looking for an experienced mental health crisis manager who is able to manage and support the team, improve quality and lead on commissioner and partner engagement. Our services provide high quality, recovery‑focused support to people who have a range of mental health needs.
About you. To role, you will need to be an experienced Mental health service manager able to review and improve services and support business development. You will be an inspiring leader, a good team player, an advocate for good mental health, able to work evenings and weekends and occasional nights. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience of systems and data recording, experience of providing support, understanding of complex mental health needs, ability to engage with a range of people, ability to speak to and encourage people who use our services, and display exceptional emotional intelligence.
