You will represent clients in hearings and trials, review evidence, advise on rights and outcomes, negotiate plea terms, draft documents, and collaborate with experts to build robust defense strategies while maintaining precise case files.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in criminal litigation and client representation
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly and confidently

Responsibilities

Role available in Buckinghamshire, Midlands, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Bristol, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Telford, Middlesex and Worcester.

Seeking experienced Criminal Solicitors who will be defending clients facing criminal charges. Role will be working with both Private Clients and funded, on a diverse range of criminal cases, from minor offenses to serious allegations
