Qualifications

• Solicitors or Barristers qualified to practise in England & Wales.
• At least 2 years’ PQE in criminal law, defence or prosecution.
• Eligibility to practise in England & Wales is required.

Responsibilities

• Review case files and advise on charges.
• Prepare prosecutions and represent the organisation at court.
• Develop specialist prosecution expertise through structured training.
