THE ROLE:
After completing an initial induction period, the successful candidate will take on a varied caseload of contentious criminal law and prosecution matters. Responsibilities will include conducting court advocacy, providing legal advice, preparing and presenting cases in court, and reviewing evidence, case files, and charging decisions.

THE CANDIDATE:
This position is open to qualified Solicitors and Barristers who hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales and have resided in the UK for a minimum of five years. Ideally, applicants will have 2 years' prior experience in criminal law or contentious regulatory prosecutions, along with a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law or a strong willingness to learn. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and confident decision-making abilities.
