We work across Police Custody Suites and Courts across Lancashire & Cumbria, providing assessments within the Criminal Justice system and signposting to support needs.

Responsibilities

• Identification, screening, assessment and onward referral to other services within the Liaison and Diversion service.
• Assess vulnerabilities using validated tools and share information to ensure access to appropriate services.
• Collaborate with agencies to support onward planning and intervention and inform decision makers for sentencing/disposal outcomes.
