What you will do

• Manage a criminal justice caseload, providing dedicated support and guidance to individuals within the criminal justice system who are dealing with substance misuse issues.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify risk levels and create treatment strategies that promote recovery and reduce reoffending.
• Liaise with external agencies, including probation services, courts, and social services, to ensure seamless support for clients.
• Deliver engaging group and one-on-one interventions designed to educate and empower clients towards recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records using SystmOne, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide expert advice and consultation to other professionals within the substance misuse service.
